Rare Metal Processing

We make briquettes of powdered and paste rare metal scraps.

Because of poor yield when reusing, it’s difficult to use powdered rare metal raw materials without a certain processing among recycled raw materials. We supply rare metal raw materials that are easy to handle and stable in quality by combining several powdered raw materials according to the specifications for delivery and molding them into briquettes.

The material containing water is dried and we adjust the water to make it suitable for blending.

Kneading / Molding

We add moisture to the blended raw materialsand, evenly knead it to obtain the properties required for molding and then it gets compression molded. Finally, we finish briquettes of powdered raw materials.

Recycled metal raw materials

We supply them mainly as a raw material for steel and special steel.
